Step 03 : Make a Sample
After receiving the sample fee, you can modify the design before the fabric is cut, and our clothing pattern maker will make the sample according to your technical information. If everything goes well, the sample will be ready within 15 working days.
Step 04 : Bulk Production
If you are satisfied with our product quality and price, you can place an order for bulk production. We also accept your sample modifications. After receiving your payment, we will arrange production as soon as possible. Production time will depend on the complexity of the order details and will be notified in advance. The bulk order will be of the same quality as the sample you received.
Step 05 : Quality Inspections
Our quality control system runs through the entire production process. We conduct random sampling inspections on finished products during mass production to ensure that the product qualification rate reaches more than 90% and the product defect rate is less than 2%.
